Holistic and healthy living is at the center of our beliefs. They are the foundation to fulfilling your peak level of wellbeing and to live at a higher vibrational level with the world around you. We emphasize that living in symmetry with everything that's around you important through our website. This includes giving our digital audience information on creating a better balanced life-style and the finding ways to deal with everyday questions about living a holistic and healthy lifestyle.

Everything we absorb through our five senses… the things we ingest, what we come in contact with, what we believe, our very own environment and world we live in… can cause an imbalance in our life…. which in turn causes tremendous stress. Our stress-filled lives and our lack of skills for dispelling stress as it arises are the primary causes of emotional and physical health issues in today's world. Through our holistic practioner directory, our monthly meeting and our information on this site, we give you the ability to obtain the help you need to learn to dissipate the stress in your life, not just to manage it, and to embrace your optimum level of well-being.
Our Monthly Networking Meeting
Holistic Living Network meets every second Tuesday of the month at Cafe East Restaurant in Humble, TX. At each meeting we have a scheduled presenter speaking for 45 minutes to an hour on a variety of different holistic topics to help broaden our realm of experiences and knowledge..
The meeting also is a great opportunity to network with potential customers and clients, so bring lots of your business cards and fliers. Registration starts at 6:30 and the meeting starts at 7PM. The meeting entrance fee is $15 per person which includes an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet meal if you so desire.
Please invite your family, friends, neighbors, clients and customers to join you in attending this most remarkable gathering of holistically like-minded individuals.

If you wish, introduce yourself before the group, briefly describe what you do and announce any upcoming events your business plans to present.
Leave your business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. on the information tables.
Informal networking and socializing takes place after registering, during the meal, before the presentation, at the break and afterwards.
Meeting Agenda:
- 6:30pm – Sign in, networking, socializing and dinner (if desired)
- 7:00pm – Meeting opens with announcements and introductions
- 7:45pm – 8:30pm – Presentation including Q&A period
- 8:45pm – Meeting is adjourned
